Looking for a cosy London base this autumn and winter?

We’re offering a beautiful, welcoming North London flat in Alexandra Palace (N22), with a private garden, leafy surroundings and excellent transport links.

There are two options available, depending on your dates and whether you’d prefer a room or the entire flat.

Option 1: Room in a shared flat - now until 7 December 2026

£225 per week

You’ll have your own spacious, bright and airy bedroom, with plenty of natural light, a new medium-firm mattress, and ample storage and hanging space for clothes.

We’re a friendly couple and will be living in the other bedroom, sharing the kitchen, bathroom, living space and garden with you. We’re looking for someone responsible, considerate and tidy who’ll appreciate the space and treat it with care.

Option 2: Entire flat to yourself - 7 December 2026 to 18 January 2027

£375 per week

From 7 December, we’ll be away, so you’ll have the entire flat to yourself, including the bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and private garden. It’s an ideal spot to settle in over Christmas and New Year, whether you’re visiting London or looking for a peaceful winter base.

The flat

The flat has a warm, cosy atmosphere, a private garden and leafy surroundings. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a new convection stove, and the bathroom has a brand-new sink.

Getting around London

* Piccadilly line: 12-minute walk or 7-minute bus ride
* National Rail: 5-minute walk, with quick connections across London and easy access to Alexandra Palace
* Green spaces: Beautiful parks and green spaces within walking distance
