Large double room available in a spacious 4-bedroom house in Balham from 6 April 2026 (I can be slightly flexible with this date).

The house is spread over 3 floors. There is a downstairs toilet, and a bathroom on both of the floors with bedrooms, hence you share a bathroom with only one other.

There is also a big living area and kitchen with a garden off the kitchen (The kitchen has an American fridge freezer with an ice dependent and a hot water tape which are actually game changers haha). There is also a big table with 8 chairs around it which is ideal for hosting.

You'll be living with three other sociable lads aged 26-28 in the house currently. We are all working professionals but it is a social house and looking for someone easy-going and wanting to be part of a friendly house rather than just renting a room.

Rent: £1,200 a month plus bills.
