We have a room available in a great house in Brixton, about 10 min walk from the tube (Clapham North & Brixton).

The house is well set-up — lots of natural light, fully furnished throughout, 2 bathrooms, and a brilliant open-plan kitchen with garden space that comes into its own in summer.

The room itself is pretty cosy with a double bed and room for storage with some shelving units.

You’d be living with two guys in their early 30s — one works from home, the other is in the office a few days a week. We’re sociable without being in each other’s pockets; we’re into football, running, cycling and getting outdoors, and there’s usually someone up for a pint or catching a game if you fancy it.

We’re looking for someone easy-going who’ll fit naturally into the house. Doesn’t matter what you do or where you’re from — just someone respectful of the shared space and down for the occasional social.
