We are in our 50's, young at heart (gym fanatics), looking to rent out one of our bedrooms in Worthing. It's a double bedroom with built-in wardrobes and a shared bathroom for two of the bedrooms, which has a shower and bath. The bedroom will come furnished and has a TV. The double bed has storage in the base of the bed and there is a chest of drawers and drawer units on either side of the bed with lamps. There is a desk/dressing table with mirror, drawers and a chair. Close to West Worthing train station, which is an 8 minute walk.

Bills included, council tax, gas, water and WiFi except for electricity.

NO working from home.

You have to be clean, neat and tidy and know how to clean up after yourself. This is a quiet, non-party house.
