Hi everyone! We're Mike and G, looking for someone to join our three bed flat in Kentish Town as our flatmate Alice is sadly moving out. The room is available immediately with a move in date anytime before the 31st of July.
It's a bright furnished double room in Kentish Town (coming with a chest of drawers, bedside table, desk and bookshelf, and with space for a wardrobe) in a flat with a large separate living room, a balcony and separate toilet and shower rooms. There is plenty of storage in the flat and space in the hallway and stairwell for bikes.
You'll be sharing with me (Mike, 28M studying for a PhD at UCL) and G (30M, also finishing up a PhD at UCL). The three of us have been living here for a few years now so we'd be looking for a good fit to join us - someone friendly and easy to live with. We have a nice balance of movie nights, dinners and boardgames but you wouldn't be under any pressure socially. We're generally a quiet house but are happy for guests to stay and a rare party.
Rent is £1000 with bills (gas, electricity, internet and water) coming to about £90 a month (we don't pay council tax as we are students)
The flat is in a great location, on a quiet road a five minute walk from the canal, 15 minutes from Regent's park and 20 mins from Hampstead heath, and well connected - less than 10 minutes from Camden Town station (Northern line), and Kentish Town West (Mildmay line). And we're close to Kentish Town high street and Aldi, and Camden big Sainsburys.
If you're interested drop us a message with some information about yourself (including your desired move in date, whether you are a student or a professional, and if a student whether you have a UK guarantor) and we'll get back to you soon about viewings! We're also happy to answer any questions or send more pictures.
