Double bedroom with built in wardrobe available for rent.
Best for a quiet student seeking a peaceful environment.
Quiet household in a small building, with a concierge and lots of security.
No access to shared living room, bathroom and kitchen access to be negotiated to fit both of our schedules, washing machine is in a separate laundry room within the flat and can be accessed freely. Non-bio detergent and fabric softener will be provided due to my (tenant) allergies.
Visitors are welcome within the buildings enclosed and secure outdoor space but not within the flat itself.
Weekly cleaner provided but cleanliness is required by yourself on a day to day basis.
The flat is very warm due to insulation but if you are too cold or too warm I am happy for you to bring a small fan or heater for your comfort.
Energy bills are included in rent price.
If you require a bed and/or a tabletop hub, a brand new one can be provided at an extra cost to be arranged between us and can be taken with you when you leave (this option is available only for lodgers of 6 months or more).
No access to the balcony, but there is access to a small enclosed garden.
