Hi I’m Ellie and I have a lovely double room with a private bathroom available for rent in my flat. This is a 2 bed 2 bathroom property with an open plan kitchen and living area. I’m a very easy going person who enjoys socialising as much as she loves a day on the sofa watching a good series. My flat is my little sanctuary - it spacious, homely and tidy and I am looking for a respectful housemate to join me who would like to keep it that way too. You are more than welcome to use the shared living space however if you would prefer your own space the bedroom is large enough for you to set up amenities like a TV or desk space. Open to all genders however no straight males please! No smoking inside the flat but OK with smoking out the window if needed.
