Double Room to rent for non smoker FEMALE in the quiet area of Kennington. 5 mns walk from Kennington & Oval station. 10 mns walk from Walworth Road in South London. Surronded by many buses to reach Central London and also many areas.

You will be living with myself the landlady, a professional mum of 2, my adult son of 25 and my 21 years daughter. We are all professionnels workers, so you ll not see us often. A warm, very quiet and kind family atmosphere home with Christian values. No drama.

The room is preferably for a single female.
The rent is £830, all bills included.
1 month in advance need to be paid before moving. Price can be reduced if necessary.

The room & facilities are for only 1 tenant. No female , male friends or pet are allowed to sleep in the room.

All furnitues & appliances cannot be removed from the room. Washing machine & cooker located in the kitchen area are free to use at your convenience. Free wifi availabe to use. One bathroom & 2 toilets.

The previous tenant was a very shy, quiet, polite, down to earth and lovely english student who is leaving soon as her academic year is coming to the end.
Hope to find similar lady, as I do value respect & good manners toward people.
