Single room in lovely, cosy and comfy Victorian terrace in Nunhead, within walking distance of lots of bars, restaurants, coffee shops and independent stores.
Great transport links into the City/Zone 1 from Nunhead, Honor Oak, Crofton Park and Brockley overground stations. Buses on your doorstep direct into town, Southbank etc.
Quiet leafy street, close to gyms/swimming pools, 5 mins from green spaces of Peckham Rye, 15 mins walk into busy East Dulwich across The Rye.
There is a cleaner every two weeks (who will clean your room and even change your bed linen!) and I have a really garden too.
I go into the office three days a week, WFH Mon and Friday - am chatty and sociable but do like my own space so ideally you'll be similar!
My daughter has recently started Uni so will be home for various holiday periods.
I have two cats who are lovely but won't suit you if you don't like pets!
