Hey guys, I’m a live in landlord looking for a tenant. Advertising is a double room to let within my 3 bedroom home (all bills included). The room is furnished with a double bed and fitted wardrobes own tv and bed stuff if needed.

My previous tenants have lived here for two years they’ve both been absolutely amazing tenants. The only reason it’s available now is because they’ve moving abroad after two great years 🙂

Room must be kept clean, tidy! There will be a Grace trial period for a month if both parties are happy then a contract will extend for a longer period.

This room isnt your average room let living with lots of other people in the same position. I’ve put in your own fridge & freezer in the kitchen with suitable cupboard space all to yourself along with a safe home.

The property comprises a spacious garden, off street parking, living/dining area, kitchen with ample storage and a fridge/freezer for your own personal use. Also fitted wardrobes in your room with your own TV.

I’m looking for a tenant who is very clean, polite and friendly. I do travel occasionally so would like someone who is trustworthy. Preferably a non-smoker too.

It’s very close to a bus stop what the girls used every day to get into work.
