**The ideal flatmate: **
I am seeking a responsible professional or student to move in from 27 May, for at least a year. They should be considerate, responsible, friendly, a non-smoker, and house-proud!
**Rent: **£250/week
**Deposit: **£1,250
**Available from 27 May
**Included in the rent: **
• Bills for water, electricity, gas, TV license, super-fast fibre broadband, and a regular cleaner for the flat communal areas.
