Hi! I’m moving out of my lovely flat in Shoreditch/Aldgate. Looking for someone to take over the contract either until August or possibility to renew after with current flatmates!
Great location, super calm street and walkable to great areas like Shoreditch, Spitalfields, and Liverpool Street. Room for a desk, space not in photos but would fit!! Very well connected. 4 lovely flatmates, all uni students. They’re looking for someone they’d get along with and can have a live night with, but also respect each others space. Students only unfortunately due to Council Tax.
£1005 without bills and fixed bills come to around £75 a month.
