I have a house and I would like to share 2 double bedroom and 1 single bedroom
It is an amazing space, feels great to live in, very quiet. The house has a central heating system and it is clean and very well maintained. All bills are included.
The House is located in a beautiful peaceful and quite residential area and comprises of 4 bedrooms, open plan living area, a fully fitted modern kitchen with granite worktop and integrated appliances, separate utility room, ground floor fully tiled bathroom with separate shower cubicle, the first floor is fully tiled bathroom. My unique comfortable, clean house is just within half hour journey to the city and close to a variety of bus stops, which makes travel easy. It's a 5-minutes walk away from any local amenities.
I want our guests to feel comfortable in the privacy of their own space in my home, so I offer a bedroom, fridge, freezer, and a sharing bathroom for the dedicated rented rooms. The fully tiled bathroom has a walk-in shower.
Bedroom 1 is located on the first floor and consists of a double bed with good quality mattress, wooden floor, wardrobe, desk (available if required). The room is lockable.
Bedroom 2 is located on the first floor and consists of a single bed with good quality mattress, desk (if required), wardrobe,1 x double power sockets, a window with garden view. The room is lockable.
Bedroom 3 is located on the second floor and consists of a King size bed with good quality mattress, carpet, wardrobe. The room is lockable.
Ironing facilities can be made available on demand.
Journey times to and from London's City Airport, Heathrow, Stansted, and Gatwick are all reasonable (with City airport and Stansted being the quickest).
