We are not considering couples at this time.

We have a furnished double room with an adjacent bathroom, just a 2-minute walk from Leyton station (night tube available) and night busses nearby.

It’s also conveniently located 5-10 minutes from the local retail park (Leyton Mills), featuring a large supermarket and a gym. The home is a short 5-minute walk from Coronation Park and Drapers Field, 10 minutes from Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, and a 15 min walk to Westfield Stratford City.

The room is furnished with a double bed, dresser, nightstand, and desk, and features a window overlooking the back garden. You’ll have access to shared spaces, including a living room and a fully equipped kitchen (complete with a washing machine, coffee machine and a dishwasher). We also have a seating area on the back patio for night evenings outside.

At present, four LGBTQ+ men live here (ages 32-38), all of whom keep a mostly quiet lifestyle.
On the ground floor, you’ll find a shared living room, storage room, kitchen, a large pantry with a washing machine, plus a toilet and shower.
The first floor contains three bedrooms and a bathroom that you would share with two other housemates.
Above that is the owner’s private area, which includes an office, bedroom, and its own bathroom.

We have a super fast (1G symmetric) internet connectivity and all bills are included in the cost of the room.

We’re seeking a clean and friendly housemate who feels comfortable living with us. In addition, we have an adorable pet Chihuahua.
