Sharing the house with a professional classical musician and the landlord who might also be away for a period of time this summer.

The house is practice friendly. Landlord requested for a music student who would benefit from living in a desirable location in a practice friendly home. would prefer a music student

The ideal tenant would be very clean & tidy,
trustworthy. Must also like cats since there would be two cats living in the house too!

Rent is payable every 4 weeks. 180£ / per week.
