Hi there! I’m a 28-year-old guy living in a house in Ash and I’m looking for a new housemate to share the space.


Negatives: House wont be ready to rent untill May. Pictures are not up to date so furniture has changed. The Bedroom for rent is next to a busy road which can be noisy at night. Although it is near both train stations it is in the middle so about 20mins walk either way. No couples being considered.
I live here alone and have a spare double room available. The house is fully furnished, and you’ll have access to all communal areas—it’s a social and relaxed environment, and I’m definitely hoping to find someone who’s up for hanging out. I’d love to have a housemate who wants to be friends, whether that’s hitting up the local pub for a quiz night, watching films, or just catching up after a long day.

The House: You’ll have full use of all shared spaces. It’s a very relaxed home.

Location: Perfectly located, just a 15-minute walk from Ash station, making it great for commuting. Bus station 1 minuet walk away.

Parking: On-road parking is available. Normally fine but not directly outside house.

Bills: All bills are included in the rent, so no stress about splitting utilities.
