Spare room with own bathroom although not attached. I have my own bathroom so it’s basically yours. All bills included too (everything including council tax). It’s furnished with a double bed, wardrobe and chest or draws. Although they aren’t in the pictures they are now there so imagine it until I sort more images. I’m flexible to a degree with deposits etc too.

I’m a Working professional, spending most of my time either working, sleeping or I go back to see family for few days most months. So I won’t be around that much compared to most. Although I can be persuaded to be social if you’re more wanting that.
