This is a spacious room in a calm, friendly, well-cared for home on a very quiet road that would suit a calm, friendly, warm-hearted female who also loves animals as there is a small friendly dog who lives here.

The room is fully furnished with a double wardrobe; chest of drawers; shelved cabinet, table and chairs. Shared bathroom (bath and shower) and ground floor cloakroom.

If you love nature, you can enter Queen's woods directly from our road, a one-minute walk from the house which is also a short cut to Highgate tube.

It’s 20 mins to central London from Highgate tube and a 15 min walk from the house or 3 min bus ride (43 and 134) from top of our road to Highgate Tube. 3 min bus ride (W7) to Muswell Hill Broadway or Crouch End village. Both areas offer a wide range of facilities e. g. fitness/pool/leisure clubs, cinemas, bookshops, shops, restaurants/cafes, Whittington hospital etc. (Our local Everyman won the National Award for the best/most welcoming cinema). There’s also a Sainsbury's Local, 6 min walk from Highgate Tube and a range of shops/restaurants etc on Archway road. 



I’m a former filmmaker/writer and spiritual and pastoral care-give in hospitals, universities and charities, also vegan. Rosie, a female veterinarian, (28) who loves art and nature also lives here.

Apologies, we do not have capacity to accommodate friends/family, couples or further furniture.

 Working from a workplace (or hybrid) would be great for a homely/relaxed feel.
