We have a light-filled double room available in a newly renovated spacious home. The room is furnished and comfortable with high speed Internet throughout the house. There's a massive ground floor, including a large kitchen/diner, a cozy living room, garden and utility space for laundry. It’s a relaxed, well-connected home located 1–5 minutes from supermarkets, parks, local restaurants, and transport links.

👶 The Big News Up Front: We are expecting a baby in late August/early September! We know a newborn in a house-share is unorthodox, but we’re looking for someone who isn't phased by this (and no, we will never ask you to babysit!).

🏡 The Space & Location
The Massive Communal Ground Floor: includes a huge kitchen/diner, a separate cozy living room, a utility space, and a garden.

The Bathroom: Shared with just one other person. Our bedroom and bathroom are on a separate floor.

The Location: We are minutes away from supermarkets, amenities and multiple public transport options (Bruce Grove overground, Victoria line at Seven Sisters or Tottenham Hale, and ample buses).

We are sporty, hardworking, and always up for an adventure. As former London renters turned live-in landlords, we want everyone to feel comfortable and at home. We value open communication, respect and comfort in your own home.

The Food: We generally cook vegetarian/plant-based meals at home and are looking for someone aligned with this lifestyle (though we do occasionally fire up meat on the garden BBQ).

The Vibe: We aren't a party house, but we have great energy. We regularly share meals, movie nights, and games, while completely respecting everyone’s independent lives and downtime.

Our current and past lodgers are happy to chat with you and vouch for what it’s actually like to live here.
