I have moved out the room because I have finished my study. And I am looking for a replacement tenant. It is a ensuite room at Will Wyatt Court ( IQ student accommodation) with a lot of facilities. It takes about 25 minutes to Kings Cross station by tube. I had a happy experience living here, the place is quiet and the staffs are nice and helpful. The end date of tenancy is 24/08/2024. According to the rules of student accommodation, only student studying in higher education in the UK is accepted. And Since the student accommodation doesn’t allow sublet, you need to sign the contract with IQ student accommodation to move in rightfully if you want to occupy this room. You will be liable for the rent from the day you move in to the end date of tenancy. The room has been cleaned up by the professional cleaner. Please message me instead as I am not in the UK currently.
