One en-suite double room in Stokey in a two bed flat with a shared living room and balcony.

Hello! My flatmate is moving back to Italy so looking for a flatmate to replace her.

The flat is modern and newly refurbished. There is a small balcony which becomes a sun trap during the day. Love spending a couple of hours on there when it’s sunny :).

The bedroom is spacious with an en-suite shower. There is a second shared bathroom which is the one I use but you can use it also (it has a bath) and for any guests.

The flat is very convenient with frequent bus links to Finsbury Park/Seven Sisters and Dalston/old street. There is a Sainsbury’s across the road and a Tesco about a 5 minute walk away. The flat is very quiet and it’s not possible to hear any traffic from the main road.

I work in commercial real estate in the city and am in the office 4/5 times a week. During the weekend I’m usually playing squash and going out with friends. I would prefer to live with a professional (9-5) but I don’t mind wfh or not. I’m easygoing but also quite clean. Let me know if you have any questions :)

*furniture in the room belongs to my flatmate and she is happy to sell it on to the incoming tenant (price TBC).

*Vinyl decks and PlayStation belong to my flatmate and she will take them back with her.

*broadband is set up but not included in the rent. Cost is £38/month.
