Cleanliness is a MUST and this room will suit someone who is respectful and considerate toward other tenants and like to clean up after themselves especially for the common areas within the house. We maintain the house to be a clean and happy house for everyone to share. Housemates (1 postgraduate & 1 undergraduate students and 2 working professionals). Cleaner comes every week to clean common area and the cleaning fees for cleaner is £40/mth. Cleaners are paid £40/cleaning.
