Sadly, I'll be moving out of my room in a lovely, friendly flat in Dollis Hill in September 2026, so we're looking for someone to move in!

The room itself is generously sized and comes fully furnished. While the room is not en-suite, the flat has three bathrooms in total: the other two bedrooms are en-suite, meaning the communal WC is effectively private for the new tenant. The shower is shared with just one other flatmate.

The flat also has a large shared living room, giving plenty of space to relax or socialise.

The location is ideal if you're looking for somewhere peaceful but well connected:

• Quiet, pleasant area
• Less than 5 minutes to the Jubilee line station
• Around 20 minutes into Central London
• Large supermarket approximately 15 minutes away
• Corner shops within 5 minutes
• A beautiful large park literally about 30 seconds from the flat

You'll be living with two friendly female flatmates (aged 25): one is a PhD student and the other is a young professional. Both are friendly, sociable, easy-going, and more than happy to hang out in the evenings or weekends.

Rent is subject to change, but will be between £800-£900.
