I'm leaving my lovely room in Southfields and would love someone to take over my existing contract, which renews at the start of August 2026 and stay on for that year (rent may increase from 1st Aug 26, has been +3% previously).We'd be looking for a female housemate only, ideally aged 27-32.

It's a terraced property with a shared bathroom, living room and kitchen. It's a cosy house with a very ~70s aesthetic ~ in a leafy suburban area, seconds from Southfields' high street and parks.

Biggest bonus of the property is the lovely girls you'd live with - Mary, Sophie & Helen, 3 professionals who love a natter in the kitchen and a cute night in. We'd look for someone who's social and would like to be part of the house but also has their own social life - cute house socials are also included!
