Hi, after two years together, my current flatmates are going traveling or moving to a different neighborhood, so I'm looking for 2 people to join me in late August!

The flat is furnished and has a spacious kitchen, living room, a washing machine, and a balcony. We share one bathroom, but the toilet and shower are separated. The building has a FOB system and lifts. My current flatmates and I have a weekly cleaning rota.

• 1 double bedroom (the smaller room, £925 per month) - Our current flatmate uses the living room when wfh, but the previous tenant had their desk in the room (see video)
