Hello. I am looking for short term tenants to cover my rent and bills as my housemate has left the property. The property will no longer be available for rent on 31 July 2026 as the landlord has decided to sell the property moving forward.

The house is fully furnished, with TV and PS5. You will have your own personal bathroom although they are not ensuite.

You will be living with me and my partner but we mostly keep to ourselves. Both of us are working professionals.

Bills are not included in the rent. Expected bills are. Council Tax - £95. Electricity - £40. Wifi - £20.5. Which brings the total cost to £1455.50.

The closest station is Aldgate East, which is just 3 minutes away. Huge Tesco within the vicinity - 3 minutes away.
