In the ad, it states the room are en-suite because it has a separate toilet and a shared shower, but not in the rooms, even better because no odor and dry-wet separation.

Big living room, modern decoration and comfortable common area, very good sound insulation.

Regarding flatmates 😇😇😇
The current flatmates are master student at UCL, and professionals working in consultancy and hedge fund.
The previous flatmates were students (ucl/Saint Martin/Goldsmith master&college), and professional (pwc).

People lived/living here has been considerate, nice, kind, clean - I’d expect the same for new flatmate. We have hosted bbq/cocktail parties during summer, good vibe here. Hope you are also a beautiful soul, this is like a home.

About price per room 💷
£2000/month, sharing bills, £60-100 per person. £9000 deposit for all three people, evenly divided as £3000 each - two years contract left(Spareroom limits the deposit amount, so it’s NOT £2000).
