we have a room available in our beautiful home, im so sad to move out, i have been living here fot the last 4 years and i loved it so v much. we have 1 boy J who is a drummer and will be on tour for the majority of the time, M who is studying fine art at LMU and A who is working down the road in the local pub.

we are looking for a nice, kind (creative) fun person to join our beautiful home

we all love making food, MUSIC, chilling, watching films but no pressure to join in !!!
we have a garden, big bathroom with bathtub 4 bedrooms a big kitchen/living room area.

landlord Adam is really lovely and easy to cantact as well as the neighbours :)

the house is a 8 min walk from streatham hill and a 15 min bussride from brixton or 12 min cycle

the moving in date is may 17th ( latest June 13th)
