Modern, spacious house with large kitchen + conservatory, separate living room and garden.

We’re three boys (George, Harrison and Roger) who have been living here for a year and a half. Our other housemate is moving in with his girlfriend so we’re looking for someone to replace him so we can sign on for 6 more months.

We’re three young professionals who are in and out the house. When we’re in we’ll sometimes cook together and watch TV (mostly sport). We have BBQs during the summer and regularly pop to the spoons that’s 2 minutes away after work for a quick beer. We’re all into running and general exercise too.

Move in can be any time during May.
