🌸 Situated just off of Bellenden Rd, the house is in a prime location. 7min walk to Peckham Rye Park, 7-10min walk to Peckham Rye Station, 2min walk to some of the best Peckham pubs including Montpelier, Angel Oak, The Victoria.

👯‍♂️ We’re looking for two GIRLS to join our sociable, friendly house in Peckham. We are a close-knit house and while we all have our separate lives, often like to spend time together whether it be watching trashy telly in the living room, making food together or weekend pub visits. We’re looking to find people who will integrate into our little group!

🛏️ Both rooms come fully furnished. Room 1 (£937pcm) comes with a bed, a bedside table, and huge floor to ceiling built in wardrobe. Room 2 (£867pcm) comes with a bed and standing wardrobe. The two bedrooms share a bathroom, has two showers and a bath tub.. Bills not included but usually come to approx £150. This also includes a weekly cleaner.

💷 Move in date is 21 June. Deposit for both rooms is 5 weeks rent.
