I have a double room available. The house will have 3 females in house including you as new tenant. I am live in landlord but travel a lot for work so will not always be in the house, I’m aged 36.

The other two girls in the house are really friendly, laid-back, and quite quiet. They’re usually at work, so everyone pretty much just does their own thing.

House recently decorated, so very clean & fresh. Based Abbeywood 8 minutes walk from the Elizabeth Line & National Rail so easy to get to into City/Central London. Bus stop is 2 mins away. Abbeywood also has the Superloop Bus route. Shops & Supermarket walking distance near by and lots of nature and walking parks. Parking available outside if needed. 2 gyms close by.

The double room is £800 per month including all bills.

Please note there is no shared living room.
