I am a friendly, fun and respectful person and I live a healthy lifestyle. I am a classical musician though I don’t play any more. I have studied Music, French, Spanish and Italian. I am currently learning German. I love cycling out and about, or hopping on a train to Waterloo to the theatre, to meet friends, or to see a concert. Central London is very quick and easy to reach by train which runs through Vauxhall for the Victoria Line and direct to Waterloo station. I am now looking forward to welcoming a new lodger.
The room is available on the 06-07-26.
This is a shared house with two other permanent residents, and guests do stay here too.
There is also one shy Maine Coon cat who lives with me here.
The room and facilities:
This small room is clean, neat and tidy with a double bed, double wardrobe, a bedside table with a bedside light, a workstation with a desk lamp, a Samsung 32” TV “The Frame”, a long mirror, a bin, a portable heater. There is hot water, but please note there is no central heating. There are 3 bath/shower rooms in total in this house. This is a clean, tidy, and respectful house, and I am looking for someone who is also clean, tidy and respectful.
The kitchen is modern, with a microwave, air-fryer, oven, fridge-freezer, toaster, Zip Water Tap for instant hot & cold filtered water.
The EPC rating is “C”. The council tax is “F”. The bills are included in the rent.
The bus stop for the bus 265 to Putney Bridge underground station, 419, 493 to Richmond, is just 2 minutes away. Barnes station is 15 minutes walk/ 3 bus stops away. The 430 bus to South Kensington is 5 minutes walk away. Roehampton University is 2 minutes walk away, Queen Mary’s Hospital is 5 minutes walk away, Richmond Park, Kew Gardens, Barnes Wetlands, and Wimbledon are all nearby and wonderful for picnics, walking and cycling, wildlife.
The house is on a road that has very little traffic at night.
