Hi, we are renting out a big, double spare room in our 2 bedroom flat in South Norwood. The name is Leon, a London Firefighter based in a local Fire Station in the South East. And Nilza is my brazilian girlfriend.
We are a very cool, kind of laid back, friendly guys who enjoy travelling and sports.

Let us tell you about our place, It's in a really nice location. It's in a quiet area, but the best thing about it is that it is less than 50 meters from Selhurst Rail Station. Victoria Station, Clapham Common and London Bridge, Gatwick and Brighton in less than 30 minutes. 10 minutes walk to Norwood Junction Rail Station with a Fast Non Stop train service (12m) to London Bridge every 15 minutes.
Croydon is only a 5 minutes on a bus ride.

THERE IS ALSO AN ALLOCATED PARKING BAY FOR YOU IN OUR PRIVATE ELECTRIC GATED CAR PARK.....

Also, the rent for the room is only £200 a week.

The double room has just been fully refurbished and is really welcoming.

There is a cosy kitchen, as well as a cool bathroom. The room is fully furnished compresing of a double bed, double tall wardrobe with 2 mirrored doors and a desk. Broadband at a wooping 130MB speed.
