Hello I’m Precious! A little about me; I work as in Market Intelligence for a catalyst company. Really into makeup and fashion and music so I do these things on the side. Yes, I do make little videos on TikTok 😭😬

Currently having to move out of a 2bed 2bath flat and current flatmate is buying so looking for someone to buddy up with to rent something similar. The flats rent is 2600 so our split will be 1300 each.

The pictures are of the property I have found. It’s 2bed2bath, lots of storage and space for sure. Also has a dishwasher in the kitchen. The washing machine is in the storage room which is quite spacious so can definitely store suitcases and other things. I have also seen the property in person so happy to share videos if you’d like.

The flat will be available on the 6th so ideal move in date is anytime from then.

Hoping to find someone that is also willing to be friends as well, I mean there is only 2 of us so it’d be great to get on. But I also understand needing some alone time.
