I previously had this up as I was planning to move but I am now just looking to sublet my room for two months - June and July - as I will be working abroad. I can extend the sublet into August if needed and I can stay elsewhere.

It will be fully furnished with my furniture.

Info on the flat below:

1 other housemate and her cat live here . She is a musician but also works a 9-5 partly from home and partly in office.

5 mins from Gipsy Hill station, easy to get to Victoria or London Bridge. Crystal Palace station is 20 mins away on foot and has the Windrush overground line to get to east London easily.

It’s a cosy and pretty little flat, gorgeous wooden floors, very bright being on the 4th floor (no lift 🙃) and gets amazing sunsets both from the south facing living room and your room. There is a balcony which looks out on the shared leafy gardens.

Highlands Court is set apart on its own private road/land (just off Gipsy Hill and 5 mins walk up from the station), and so it’s very peaceful and quiet (except for the foxes), with large shared green space. There is lots of car parking space in front of the building. About three minutes walk up the hill is the Crystal Palace Triangle, all the shops and cafes, pubs, a big Sainsbury’s, Everyman cinema, library etc etc, 15 mins or less to Crystal Palace Park, closest gym is the National Sports Centre in the park :)
