Two brothers ( one is a performer the other is a construction worker) currently in a shared house. We have a spare room for renters/lodgers. The house is spacious and has a garden. There's a shared bathroom. We are looking for easy going tenants preferably our age but its not essential. 15 min walk to norwood junction less than 10 minutes to selhurst. The room available is in the pictures the only stuff that will be in the room is the bed and draws and the little unit.
