Nice newly refurbished double rooms with shared shower room. (This is only for one person for each room) Note there is (NO Kitchen or Washing Machine available). We have rooms available and shower room at £850 per month for double room and £750 small box room with shared shower room or your own double room and your own shower room for £1,300 per month. The house is newly refurbished, very clean and safe and the area is also safe. We can provide you with a microwave and a kettle if you prefer.

The price is for “one single person” Note to all, we are only looking for respectful, polite, calm and tidy people. Who will follow simple house rules. If this is NOT for you, do NOT contact us.

We do NOT tolerate any rude or aggressive behaviour by guests or stealing! and you will be given notice to leave the property if you behave in any rude or aggressive way or take something that doesn’t belong to you and it’s your responsibility as the guest to keep the bedroom and shower room (clean and tidy), any damage cause to the property by the guest you will be charged to replace the item or repair any damage made by the Guest. It’s important to note if you are an untidy or dirty person. This place is not for you as the others that live here are very clean and tidy and take hygiene and the tidiness of the home seriously.

There is 24/7 CCTV at the property.
Photos of the property and areas for guests are always taken before the Guest moves in and we request two forms of identification from the Guest. References would be an advantage but not essential.

We would prefer (females for long-term stay) but we will consider males as well. Great place to stay if you are a student or professional from around the world. It’s not a place for children and there is NO house visits or stay over allowed! so you cannot bring anyone to the house!. There is no compromise so do not ask about this as others who live at the property do not want strangers coming into the property and this needs to be understood and respected.

Video viewing on WhatsApp can be arranged or viewing in person. The property is located in the borough of Greenwich, Eltham with walking distance to train stations, bus stops outside the main road of the property, walking distance to local shops, food shopping centres, gym, parks, post office. If you drive there is also free parking on the (main road).
