A wonderful double room in our lovely home in Catford is available from first week of May for long term.

The house is situated at a 15 minutes walk from Catford Bridge and Catford stations and is well connected to Sydenham and Lewisham. The Bell Green Retail Park is just a 5 minute walk away.

There is also ample free parking and we have a driveway as well.

The room is located on the top floor for extra privacy. It is fully furnished with a separate bathroom.

A bit about us;

We are a lively family of five with three children (aged 12, 11 and 8) and two very friendly indoor cats. As this is a busy family environment, we are looking for someone who feels comfortable sharing a home with young kids and pets.

​To keep our home aligned with our lifestyle and values, we maintain a few specific house rules:

​1. We kindly ask that no pork or alcohol be brought into the house.

2. To keep things manageable for our family and cats, we have a 'no guests' policy to ensure the house remains a calm, private space for everyone living here.

If you work from home, you are more than welcome to use our large garden office free of charge! It’s a great, quiet spot away from the main house where you can focus in peace.
