Looking for female tenant for the occupation of a single bedroom in a friendly household. Other housemate is a mature Indian lady who speaks Punjabi, English and Hindi, so similar language background would be beneficial.

Due to shared kitchen, a fellow vegetarian is preferred.
Someone who wakes and sleeps at relatively normal hours is also preferred so as to keep the noises to a minimum in the house during the night time. Lastly, someone with regular daily routine would be better (ie. goes to College/Uni/Work most days).
