The Amenities within the area and house include, local shops 100m away, free parking, town is a 10 min cycle, train station is a 15min cycle, fully fitted kitchen, bathrooms with shower, washing machine. All bills (gas, electric , WiFi and cleaning Bills) can be included and discussed. All communal areas are professionally cleaned and kept to a very high standard.

This house would suit professionals who appreciate a friendly and clean environment.

ABOUT US;

One is working full time as an Analyst Hatfield. In the evenings she enjoys to relax, have a glass of wine and sometimes ventures back up to Leeds to see her family!

One is an Account Director and works long hours in the city. In the evenings he may spend some time at the gym, pub and enjoy downtime!
