Welcome to my modern home in Hampton — offering a cosy, bright double room in a peaceful residential setting with excellent transport connections. Also close to Richmond Upon Thames & Kingston Upon Thames.

About the Space

You’ll be staying in a bright double room with:

Please note: A few of my personal belongings are stored in the room.
The house is a modern 2-bedroom end-of-terrace in a quiet, leafy part of Hampton (Zone 6). As it’s a relatively new build, occasional natural creaks can occur.

Ideal for professionals (Mon–Fri stays), business travellers, or leisure guests visiting southwest London. Whether you're visiting for work, sightseeing, or a peaceful Mon–Fri stay, this cosy double room offers comfort, convenience and a relaxed atmosphere.

Breakfast & Kitchen Use

A simple self-serve breakfast is included:
• Selection of cereals
• Toast (bread provided)
• Jams, Peanut butter, Chocolate spread, Marmite
• Tea, Coffee & Herbal teas
If you prefer eggs, meats or cheese, please bring your own and I’ll make fridge space available.

Guests may use the kitchen to prepare and eat meals.

Kindly:
• Clean up immediately after use
• Leave the kitchen exactly as found
• Finish cooking and cleaning by 9pm
• Use the kitchen for meals only (not as a workspace or meeting area)

You’re welcome to prepare meals in the kitchen — I just ask that everything is cleaned and finished by 9pm, and the space left as you found it.

Guest Interaction

I prefer to greet guests on arrival when possible, though I may not always be available due to work commitments.

I like to give guests privacy, but I’m always happy to help with questions or local recommendations.

I enjoy welcoming guests when I can, though work sometimes means I may not always be available at arrival. I respect your privacy and like guests to feel independent, but I’m always happy to help with recommendations or questions.
