The house is a modern terraced property on a friendly residential street where the majority of people are also young professionals, we even know and socialise with our neighbours - something quite rare in London! We're in SE1, which is Zone 1 so very central. There are 2 full bathrooms and a separate toilet, so no queues for the shower in the mornings. There is a communal living room with a dining table, TV and 2 sofas which leads to an open-plan kitchen, we also have a conservatory and a back garden/patio which is ideal for BBQs! The nearest tube stations are Elephant and Castle and Borough both of which are about a 15 minute walk away but there's many buses to them which only takes 5 mins, the bus stop is less than 2 minute's walk away. There are also direct buses to the city and central London which only takes 20-30minutes and runs all night! There is a large Tesco at the end of the street (2 minutes away) and an even larger Asda 10 minutes away. There's also a park with a lake just down the road which is perfect for sunbathing and spending a lazy afternoon.

The rent is £1100-1300 per calendar month (depending on room) This includes all bills: council tax, gas, electricity, internet (fibre-optic wireless broadband), water and TV licence.

Street parking available and if needed secure parking in SE16 can be arranged.
