Sociable and clean flat share in N1 Hoxton with 2 girls and 1 gay guy looking to find another girl to take over this room from the 23rd June (flexible up to 1st July). We unfortunately don’t have a living room but frequently have drinks in our hallway on weekends. Part furnished - (bed, wall-mounted clothes rail & small chest of drawers provided) Small window but it gets lovely sunlight in the evenings, storage space under the bed & some in the hallway too. Flat also regulates heat really well doesn’t get too hot in summer/cold in winter

Amazing travel connections - short walk to Old street tube & Hoxton overground & buses, lovely area feels very safe, minutes from Shoreditch but very quiet neighbourhood generally

Move in date flexible around June 23rd - July 1st - let me know when works best!
