Our flatmate Dimitris is moving out and we're looking for someone to take his place.

Please note: The available bedroom is small. It fits a double bed and wardrobe, nothing more. Please keep this in mind before arranging a viewing.

The flat is in a great spot, backing onto a quiet canal and part of a secure complex with a weekday concierge (7am–3pm). There's a spacious living area, a patio, and garage access if needed.

The small bedroom has sole use of the larger main bathroom. The other bedroom has an ensuite.

Location: 10-minute walk to both Old Street Station and Angel.
Available: July 2026 onwards (some flexibility on dates)
Amenities: Washer, dryer, gas stove, central heating. Shared WFH desk setup with room to add a second.

About us: We're Marcus and Eliza, two Australians working full-time in central London. We travel fairly often and love to socialise when we're home.
