I am subletting my room for this summer starting July 1, 2026, with the option to take over the lease when it ends in mid-September. This arrangement has been approved by the landlord.
This charming apartment is located a 5-minute walk from King’s Cross and is very well connected to the City and London’s universities.

We are leaving the apartment because we have to return to our home country as our exchange program is coming to an end. Therefore, it is possible to stay in the apartment for the rest of the year.

The room is very pleasant and bright, with a large double bed, and is fully furnished. The apartment also includes a kitchen with a washer-dryer, gas stove, microwave, and toaster; a bathroom with a sink and bathtub; a separate toilet; and a large entryway.
