Hello all,
I’m looking for someone to take over my room in Shoreditch/Hoxton starting from the 11th of July.
You’d be living with two lovely girls in their mid-twenties who both work full time and are super respectful, clean, and genuinely enjoy making the flat feel like home. They love fitness, crafts, socialising, but also cozy nights in together.
The rent is £1020pm INCLUDING bills. The landlord is very responsive, and the flat has a cute courtyard as well as a nice green space out front. The room is on the smaller side but has plenty of storage, making it very functional and cozy.
The location is honestly one of the most convenient spots in East London — amazing for public transport and daily life:
* Hoxton Station – 2 min walk
* Shoreditch High Street – 10 min walk
* Columbia Road Flower Market – 5 min walk
* Brick Lane – 10 min walk
* Cambridge Heath – 15 min walk
* Bus stop right outside the flat (gets you into central in ~20 mins)
* Around a 30 min walk to Bank/Central
Shops are super close by too, with Sainsbury’s and Tesco Express nearby and a big Lidl only a 10-minute walk away.
We’re looking for a like-minded, friendly person who enjoys living centrally and being part of a warm, tidy household. If you’re interested, send me a message and we can chat and arrange a viewing 😊
