Hi,

A double is becoming available in a house in Eltham.

The house has 2 bathrooms. It is very close the Eltham station. It has been almost completely refurbished so everything inside is new. The kitchen has not been completed yet but it is functional. Second bathroom is downstairs with a shower cubicle and a toilet. We are working on improving the garden at the moment

The rent includes all bills and weekly cleaner.

A holding deposit of 550 would be required.

It can be rented short term for 2 months only. June and July. I would probably prefer a short tem let.

It is available from the 4th of June.

We are all introverts here. Very quiet and respectfull. Seeking the same.
