I'm moving on after a really lovely stay in this room and I'm looking for someone to take over from me! It's genuinely been a brilliant place to live and I'd love to pass it on to someone who'll enjoy it just as much as I have.

THE ROOM 🛏️
This room is genuinely one of the biggest you'll find at £1,100 all bills included, and once you see it you'll understand why it won't be around for long. It sits on the 3rd floor with stunning open views straight over St Nicholas Gardens 🌳.
It gets beautiful natural light pouring in throughout the day.

It's fully and thoughtfully furnished so you can just move in and get comfortable straight away.
You've got a proper double bed with two large built-in storage drawers underneath, a big wardrobe, a chunky chest of drawers and sofa.

There's also a dedicated desk and chair setup 💻 which makes it brilliant for anyone working from home or studying.

Every room in the house has its own full ensuite bathroom 🚿 and yours is no different. Your own shower, toilet and sink, all to yourself. No bathroom rotas, no awkward morning queues.

THE HOUSE 🏠
The house is a clean, well-maintained and genuinely lovely 5-bedroom home, so everyone has their own privacy. The shared kitchen is fully equipped and kept in great condition by housemates who actually respect the communal spaces.
