Dear new roomie,

I am subletting my small but cute fully-furnished room in a holesome shared house in Harringay from June 1 to July 31 as I am going on fieldwork this summer. My three roomies (British, German, Dutch) are absolutely cute and I am jealous of you for spending the beautiful summer months together with them. We have a large kitchen, a cozy living room that can also be used as a home office, and a garden (our neighbours' cats are well appreciated regulars). We are looking for someone who is willing to participate in our shared activities (cleaning schedule, family dinner on Sunday nights, climbing and biking) but also has their own active life and knows to respect everyones' boundaries. If you are interested, I would organise a short call to get to know you and see if you are a good fit. (The rent excludes bills of around £50 per month and council tax if you are not a student)
