Hi, my name’s Nomsa and I’m looking for a new flatmate to join me in a lovely flat in Herne Hill.

The room is available from 21st July

The room is £1,100pcm excluding bills, with bills usually coming to around £130-£180 depending on the season.

The flat is a 2-minute walk from Herne Hill station with Thameslink and Southeastern rail connections. Victoria Station is only 12 minutes away, and Brixton tube station is an 8-minute cycle or a longer walk if you fancy it. Super well connected while still feeling calm and green.

The flat is right by Brockwell Park and you’d only be sharing with me. We’ve got:

- 1 bathroom

- A good-sized kitchen

- Spacious living room with dining table

- Washer/dryer

- A communal outdoor terrace where you can host friends, dinners, etc.

A bit about me: I work in sustainability and work hybrid. I’m chill, easy to live with, and generally just like a calm, friendly home. I’m totally cool with friends coming over now and then, and as long as you clean up after yourself and bring good vibes, we’ll get along fine.
